submitted by Laya - |Recommended: YesI Been Here Almost A Year And I Can Honestly Say I Had No Problems The Maintenance Staff Are Nice The Only Problem I Did Had Was That My Air Went Out But They Was On It And had it fixed in no time the new things they are doing to the property is nice and looks much better I’m even comfortable with my kids being outside playing with other little kids it’s almost time to renew my lease if I wasn’t moving on the coast I would definitely renew my lease

submitted by Rita J. - |Recommended: YesNice and Quite — It's a lot of older people living out there now so it's kind of quite at night. You might see a few kids playing bout you wouldn't hear them at night. The parking lot need new lines so they can see where to park instead of taking up two parking spaces. I think the new staff is making some wonderful changes I just hope they don't go up to much on the rent.
